National Symposium on Nigerian Art

The NGA National Symposium on Nigerian Art brings together artists and art scholars to present and discuss well-researched papers on various aspects of Nigerian art. It promotes intellectual exchange, appraisal, and awareness in the development of modern Nigerian art. Papers presented are usually edited and published to serve as reference materials in art schools across Nigeria. These resources benefit artists, art teachers, students, researchers, and cultural administrators. The symposium has been hosted in several art institutions nationwide.
